Little Spire Perovski Russian Sage
Easy To Grow, Bee Friendly, Attract Butterflies, Resists Rabbits and Deer
Good For fragrant cut flowers or dried flowers. Perovskia atriplicifolia, commonly called Russian sage, is a woody-based perennial of the mint family which typically grows 1.5'-2' tall and features finely-dissected, aromatic (when crushed), gray-green leaves with light blue flowers. Long summer bloom period (usually June-Frost). Best flowering in Full Sun, Dry to medium water, good drainage needed, any soil. Cut back plants almost to the ground in late winter to early spring as soon as new growth appears. Drought tolerant
Contrasts well with both pink or yellow perennials. Nice as an edger along pathways.
