- Shipping costs will vary for Garden Decorations sent to areas outside Orange County, based on product weight and distance. We will be happy to provide you with a firm quotation prior to purchase - just call or email.
- Remember, Mother Nature is capricious, and not all plants are available in every season or in all flower colors or are in bloom at all times in all container sizes.
- After donating 10% of purchase price to charity and paying for shipping and credit card processing, we are not in a position to offer refunds unless your garden art or chimes were damaged in transit (as they are all insured). If the incorrect item was shipped, we will replace it with the correct item and authorize a return. Plants are typically non-refundable and non-exchangeable as we are not responsible for the care given to them after they leave our site.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of damaged/incorrect item(s) and packaging. We insure all shipped items. As stated on your Packing List, "In case of damage, please save ALL packaging and pieces for insurance purposes." Upon receipt of your email, we will respond within 3 days. We will send a replacement as soon as possible, if available. We will require that you keep the packaging for inspection by the shipping entity's insurance representative, if requested. If we authorize a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, and must be sent to us insured for full value. Your satisfaction is our greatest concern and we request that you contact us with any problems.
